We use self-hosted OpenPanel analytics to understand page views, referral sources, countries, device types and template-preview choices. We do not record form values, photos or session replays. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable collection.

This policy explains what Angry Dance Filter AI ("we", "us") collects when you use the website, why, and what happens to it. The short version: we use your photos only to make your video, and we delete them after 7 days.

What we collect

  • Account details — your email address, and your name and avatar if you sign in with a social account.
  • Photos you upload — one photo per clip, plus the template you pick for it (Solo or Baby).
  • Generated videos — the clips we render for you, kept in your account so you can watch and download them again.
  • Purchases — which credit pack you bought and your credit balance. Card and billing details are collected and stored by our payment provider, not by us.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser and device information, and basic usage analytics, used to keep the service secure and working.

How we use your photos

Photos are used only to generate the video you asked for. They are sent to our AI video processor for that purpose and are deleted from our storage 7 days after upload. We never sell your photos, never show them publicly and never use them to train AI models.

Who processes data for us

  • Waffo is our merchant of record: it runs the checkout, processes payments, handles taxes and issues receipts. Its own privacy policy applies to the payment details you give it.
  • Our AI video provider receives your photos to render the clip.
  • Hosting, database, email and storage providers that run the service on our behalf.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. If analytics are enabled, they are used only to understand how the site is used.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your account and its data, or to send you a copy of it, at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your videos and credit balance; order records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Children

The service is not intended for children under 13. Do not upload photos of minors without a parent or guardian's consent.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
