Failed renders are never charged

Credits are reserved when a video starts. If the render fails or times out, the full amount goes back to your balance automatically — you do not need to ask.

Credit packs

You can request a refund for a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if you have not used any of its credits. Once credits from a pack have been used, the used portion is not refundable.

How refunds work

Payments are processed by Waffo, our merchant of record. Open Orders & receipts from your account menu to see your orders and request a refund, or contact us. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; any credits from the refunded purchase are removed from your balance.

EU and UK customers

Credits are delivered immediately after payment. By purchasing, you agree that the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies to credits you have already used.
