The service

Angry Dance Filter AI turns photos you upload into short AI-generated videos. Results are generated automatically and can vary; we do not guarantee any particular outcome.

Accounts and credits

  • You need an account to generate videos. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for its use.
  • Each video costs credits, shown before you generate. If a render fails, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.
  • Credits come in one-time packs and never expire. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold.

Payments

Purchases are one-time payments for credit packs, processed by Waffo, our merchant of record, which also handles taxes and receipts. Nothing is charged again unless you buy another pack. Your orders and receipts are under Orders & receipts in your account menu. See the Refund Policy for refunds.

Acceptable use

  • Only upload photos you have the right to use, and photos of other people only with their permission.
  • Do not upload photos of minors without a parent or guardian's consent.
  • Do not use the service to impersonate public figures, deceive or harass anyone, or create sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise unlawful content.
  • Follow each platform's rules for labeling AI-generated content when you post.

We may refuse, remove or suspend content or accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You keep the rights you have in your photos. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service. You may use the videos you generate for personal and social media purposes, subject to the rules above.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". Angry Dance Filter AI is an independent product and is not affiliated with TikTok, CapCut or ByteDance. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
